To one of my best friends in the world....it is rare in this life to come upon human beings that touch your heart and soul as David has and his amazing wife Jan.

David was one of the kindest, sweetest, selfless, caring, funny and the most adorable man I had the pleasure and honour of knowing for so many years, albeit, we did not get together as often as we should...when we did...it was as if we had seen each other only yesterday...we had such fun and simply "got on" from the start, we "connected" instantly and I felt a warm, safe and comfortable feeling whenever I was around him, it was as if we had known each other for years....who would have thought that 25 years later....my last visit to see David would be our last. I was so happy to see you and and my darling Jan.... but to have to say" No goodbyes for us my o'l mate I'll see you later".... when my visit was over, was incredibly painful, but I was so pleased I did actually get to see you before you left us on your final Journey. Wherever you are David...know this...you were much loved and your friendship will always be cherished, by those you have left behind . Thank you for being my "Friend" .....you'll be in my heart, mind and soul always......xxxxx and whenever I think of you I "Smile". xxxxx
