Emmylou Harris singing Here There and Everywhere hit my heart hard whilst driving back from Waitrose today. It was poignant, reminiscent and heart rending with memories of you intertwined throughout the haunting lyrics. I sat in the car outside the house until she had finished and cried uncontrollably. I miss you every moment but more so when triggers like this bash me when least expected. It's awful here without you. I fill my days with nothing just to get through. People call me brave, inspirational, but they don't really know I am broken beyond repair. I ache to see you, speak with you know you're coming home. But it's just never going to happen. I do a great - look at me I'm coping, I'm happy - but the world as you used to say has missed a great actress. I should get an Oscar but all I really want is you. :(
