Well somehow I've survived a whole year. I took you and Leigh flowers I listened to the Beatles song 'I will' on the way home and believe you sent it to me to tell me you loved me still.
The next day I attended the MND AGM with Joan and my appointment as a trustee was announced. I know you'll be proud but I worry I won't be up to the job now. But I will try my best and remember how brave you were darling.
Tracey bunny and John completed the Great North Run as she said she would for you. She felt you were with her spurring her on.
